Step 3: We challenge you with a weekly accountability with workout and

Phase I, Phase II and Phase III programs offered on a 4 week rotational basis.
Group sessions (maximum 6:1 athlete to instructor ratio) with former European professional volleyball player and certified personal trainer Mido Zelenjakovi. (Personal and Team training also available)
One 30 minute introductory session (outline program goals & take initial measurements plus 4 weeks of group training sessions ( 2 one hour sessions per week), customized nutrition plan and SPARQ testing for only $200 per athlete.
